★ MAiN Street · No. 7 · SUNNYVAiLE

The Bronze AiGE.

The town's online bar ritual — where AI talk becomes a conversation with your own people. Make your own plans, choose a cocktail or equally complete spirit-free fortune, borrow the conversation menu, and mark the week on this device if you want.

Every town needs the room where you compare notes, and this is ours. It is for adults, but drinking is never required or encouraged. LAiDIES does not sell or serve alcohol, book a bar, verify age, or give health advice; follow the law and qualified guidance where you are.

How it works

  1. 1Call it. Copy the invite, send it to your crew, pick the bar.
  2. 2Use it. The fortune teller picks the drinks; Tonight's Specials picks the talk.
  3. 3Stamp it. Say you went, collect the week's coaster.

Step 1 · Call it

Happy hour isn't hosted by the town — you call it yourself, with your own friends, at your own bar. The Bronze just makes it easy to say the words.

✉ The Invite

When
✨ LAiDIES conversation hour — Friday at 4pm. One rule: bring the thing you tried with AI this week. The win or the disaster — both count. The Fortune Teller offers cocktail or spirit-free suggestions: /games/businesswomens-special.html Dress code: main character.

This downloads a local calendar file for Friday at 4pm. It does not add, send, book, or reserve anything.

Step 2 · Use it (happy hour's from 4)

At the table, use the Businesswomen's Special — a paper fortune teller with equal cocktail and spirit-free lanes. It deals a playful suggestion, not a real order, service promise, availability check, or health recommendation. Then choose from the conversation menu.

The cocktail party explanations

This segment was born right here, during businesswomen's special happy hour — three sips in, somebody put down her drink and said, "okay, but what IS it? Actually?" The table went quiet. Everybody wanted to know; nobody wanted to be the one to ask. So now every episode hands you the answer, and the bar keeps them framed behind the counter. When the question comes up in real life, you already have your order.

Episode 01 · "okay, but what IS it? Actually?"

"It's the most talented new hire you'll ever manage. It's read everything — books, articles, forums, billions of documents — and lived nothing: no job, no consequences, no read on your office politics. Day-one talent. You don't hand it the keys — you onboard it, you manage it, and you review its work."

Episode 02 · "so… what's a prompt, really?"

"A prompt isn't code. It's a delegation. You're not programming a machine — you're briefing an assistant. And you already know how to brief. This one is just faster, never sleeps, and will absolutely fold the cheese wrong if you don't tell her how."

Episode 03 · "wait — why does it just make things up?"

"It's not lying. Lying takes intent. It's guessing — when it doesn't know, it doesn't stop, it reaches for the most plausible-sounding thing and says it with its whole chest. It's your most confident friend: she'll answer any question, whether or not she actually knows. The fix was never to catch her in a lie. It's to ask for the receipt before you repeat her in a meeting."

Episode 04 · "so… is this whole AI thing brand new, or what?"

"It's almost two hundred years old and about three years old at the same time. The science has been building for centuries; your access to it is brand new. And every real leap in it — the idea, the signal, the language, the finding, the sight — has a woman's name on it. Whether or not the textbook bothered to write it down."

Step 3 · Stamp your coaster

Why the Bronze exists

Because nothing about learning AI is easier alone. This is the room for the coworker who's AI-curious, the friend who's skeptical, the group chat that keeps saying "we should try that." The Sorority House is where the wider chat happens; the Bronze is where your own table ritual starts.
